What to Bring


Come to class well hydrated- we recommend avoiding heavy meals 2-3 hours before practicing. Also, avoid coffee before class, drink more water instead. Please note that if you're very hungry closer to class starting please feel free to eat something light like half a muffin or a banana because coming to class when you're starving isn't the best idea.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.

Bring a yoga mat, large towel and drinking water for your practice; another towel if you would like to shower after class at the studio, and wear something you’ll feel comfortable sweating in.


We have filtered water in our change rooms, so you can bring your own refillable bottle, purchase a Sigg bottle, or simply buy a bottle of water at reception.

Our rental mats are disinfected after each use; if you prefer you can also purchase a new one.

Please turn cell phones/pagers off and please keep them off even in the change rooms and please refrain from wearing any fragrances when coming to class.

Before your first class you must fill in a waiver. Please download a copy here and bring it with you at least 15 minutes before your first class
